In this case the passenger will be subject to Refund Policy (2b). As a rule of thumb you should be able to skip for 5 metres continuously without undue stress. We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. 8. Local Law & Authority on tour Our adventures generally occur in remote, ecological important and culturally sensitive environments. For these reason and more all participants must act in accordance with local law and within the acceptable bounds of local customs whilst maintaining safety of all participants.
