Cancellations:
Any bookings cancelled within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge at the tour operators discretion.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for FIT passengers cancelling within 24 hours of departure.
A 100% cancellation fee may be charged for groups (10 or more pax) cancelling within 72 hours of departure.
Australian Wine Tour Company:
Cancellation fees apply to all bookings as follows:
Between 7 and 14 days before tour date : 25% fee.
Between 2 and 6 days before tour date : 50% fee.
There will be no refund if a passenger seeks to cancel a booking within 48 hours of a tour date.
Australian Wine Tour Company will consider a request that a booking be transferred to a later tour date rather than being cancelled, but it may refuse such a request at its discretion.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
